Dave handled all the music for our wedding. It was absolutely perfect, fitting both my taste in classical and how it was orchestrated with the ceremony! With everything else to plan in a wedding it was wonderful to hand the music off to Dave knowing it would be done perfectly. If you can get him, you'll be extremely happy!

Before I got married I attended two other weddings Dave played at and was amazed with Dave's musical talent. He could play all the great wedding songs, like "Pachelbel Canon", so beautifully. And...not only is he a great musician, he really knows how to play a wedding. There's much more to playing a wedding than just cranking out a tune. EVERYTHING has to be just right - the volume, the timing, and the music itself. Dave has it all down to a science. You know when Dave plays your wedding, that's one less thing you will have to worry about. There is one thing though, that really sets Dave apart from all other wedding musicians. When we asked him to do our wedding, my fiance and I spent some time with Dave thinking about the music we wanted him to play. It was then that we realized we wanted something really different and unique. So, I asked Dave to start playing something "cool" on his violin, and sure enough, out came a beautiful piece I'd never heard before. So, I asked Dave, "What was that?" Dave answered, "Well, I just made it up." And that was the piece that he played during our ceremony. On our ceremony program it read "Dave Kim Opus 1."  Everyone commented on how beautiful it was. And it was the first time that song was ever played at a wedding - just what I wanted. That's what makes Dave Kim so special.

We loved Dave's music!  He is a very talented musician and we were so lucky to have him play.  It was hard to choose which songs for him to play because they were all amazing.  He also customized our wedding music to include a non wedding style tune, Ants go Marching, by Dave Matthews for our walk as husband and wife down the aisle.  He also coordinated all of our music from the live violin playing to the dinner music and even the dancing.  It was truly a night to remember and the music always plays an important part to making it great.   I was originally nervous about not having a DJ, but Dave did everything and the evening was flawless...awesome job Dave!

Dave Kim saved our wedding! All we asked him to do was play Violin during the processional, That's it! However, not only did he do that but he also: brought his entire PA system so it sounded good; accompanied our singer on violin to make it sound outstanding; he then moved his entire PA to our reception so that we could use it there as well. Dave went way out of his way to make sure our day was special. Dave personally saved me a lot of grief.

Dave rocks!  The location was St. Tropez in the South of France, and Dave's music echoed off the stone walls through the vineyards.  I just remember setting up the tables around the pool whilst Dave played some different tunes for me to choose.   They were all amazing so I told him to do his thing!  As he definitely knows best! He went from Classical masterpieces throughout our ceremony to a full on dancin' party with Chris Clouse into the early hours of the morning!  We couldn't have asked for more.  Thank You
